Shipping Policy

- Orders must be received by 2:30 pm CST to guarantee same day shipping of in stock items. Items that are not in stock will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- A flat rate of $18.00 will be charged on any order under $275.00. Orders exceeding $275 will receive free ground shipping, temperature-sensitive items included, provided there are no heavy weight items. (more than 1 gallon, dog food, etc.)
- Temperature-sensitive orders are shipped on Monday – Wednesday for customers that are in the 2-day ground shipping area. If you are in the 1-day ground shipping area, we can ship those orders on Thursday or hold them until the following Monday. However, we can always ship orders Next Day Air for an additional cost if needed. Next day air is not available in all areas or situations.
- Temperature-sensitive orders are not shipped on Friday, unless next day air with Saturday delivery is requested, for additional charges. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.
- We do not charge for cooler boxes or ice packs!
- If you are outside our 2-day ground shipping area and purchase temperature-sensitive items, those products will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air at your cost. UPS Next Day Air is also available at your request and cost.
- We must be notified within 2 business days of any discrepancies to your order. Claims made after that time will not be honored.
- Be advised that ground shipping can take up to 10 days, regardless of what the carrier says at time of shipment processing. We are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to the carrier, the customer assumes all risk at that point. This includes misdirected, weather-delayed, or undeliverable packages. A sale is considered complete after the package has shipped.
- We reserve the right to delay or postpone shipping during extreme weather. We will notify you if your package does not ship as expected.
- The customer is responsible for considering current weather conditions in their area when ordering temperature-sensitive items, to determine the necessary shipping speed. We monitor published weather forecasts for the areas we ship to and pack orders according to that information and the selected shipping speed, but the responsibility for selecting the shipping speed is still on the customer.
- UPS shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
- USPS is an optional shipping method; however, temperature-sensitive items and liquids will not be shipped USPS.
- Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Due to regulations and customs, vaccines are only shipped to United States addresses.
